This is a one time payment of $225 down and the $249 closing cost for the document processing fee.

After making this down payment we will draw up your paperwork and send to you via email. The paperwork includes a Promissory Note, Land Sale Agreement & Land Sale contract that you’ll be able to easily sign via electronic signature and show that you are making payments to own the land.
